Peter Ogden

Mr. Peter Ogden is Chairman of the Board of Ogden & Company, Inc., AMO® He is also a partner in Ogden Development Group, Ogden & Company Investment Partners, Ogden Construction Group and Craftmaster Painting. He holds extensive industry experience in real estate development, commercial and residential sales, and asset and property management. Mr. Ogden is a past president of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM} Chapter No. 13. He is currently serving as a member of the faculty for higher education for the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is also a past President of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Peter is a current board member of the Forest Home Cemetery and the Pewaukee Yacht Club. He also serves as treasurer on the board of directors of Ausblick Ski Race team. Previously, he served on the boards of Trinity-Pawling School in Pawling, New York, the Historic Third Ward Association, Friends of Milwaukee Public Museum, Friends of Easter Seals, Milwaukee Achiever Program in conjunction with Alverno College, Cardinal Stritch College and Mount Mary College and a Penfield’s Children Association. He is a present member of the Southeastern Wisconsin Commercial Association of Realtors, Historic Third Ward BID Board, and the Greater Milwaukee Committee. Peter is a graduate of the University of Denver. Mr. Ogden also holds both his Graduate-Realtors Institute designation (GRI); Certified Property Manager designation, CPM®, and Certified Commercial Investment Manager designation, CCIM®. In addition, he is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Wisconsin and Minnesota.

Peter resides with his wife, Terri Mahoney-Ogden, and four children, Meghan, Molly, Jack, and Henry in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. His hobbies include sailing, camping, traveling, farming, and motorcycling.
