Jon Ross

Jonathan Ross is the Managing Member of Ogden & Company Investment Partners, LLC (“OCIP”). OCIP was formed by Peter Ogden and Jon Ross in 2011 for the purpose of acquiring and developing income properties which in turn, accredited private placement investors are offered ownership interests. The majority of placements are offered under the SEC’s Rule 504 and 505 of Reg. D.

Jon is responsible for real estate development, financial offering structure, acquisition, feasibility analysis, mortgage financing and renovations. Prior to joining OCIP, Jon spent six years as Vice President and Manager of Norwest Mortgage (Wells Fargo and Capmark) and six years as Executive Vice President of DiVall Real Estate Development in Madison, Wisconsin. Jon has led the financing and development of over $500,000,000 worth of income producing property including apartments, offices, industrial warehousing, self-storage facilities, retail shopping centers and restaurants.

Jon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration – Real Estate / Finance and a Bachelor of Science – Construction Administration Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
